You are gifted special abilities unique to the Kyrian, unlock World Quests, and you are rewarded with your first Renown. Having been asked to choose a Covenant, you join the Kyrian and learn about various aspects of your new role. Renown required to unlock each chapter:.Quests from the main campaign will also occasionally offer Renown, usually about 1x a week.A total of 2x Renown can be earned each week from weeklies.From Chapter 3 on, Renown is required to unlock more chapters.

Check out our lore guide on Uther, who plays an important role in this story. Kyrian NPCs who fall to doubt and abandon the Path develop a purplish hue and are called the Forsworn. Currently, players cannot become Ascended. Kyrian NPCs follow a specific Path, where they can eventually earn their wings and become the greatly honored Ascended. The Kyrian leader is the Archon, Kyrestia the Firstborne. The Kyrian Covenant Sanctum is Elysian Hold. Chronologically, this storyline is set after the events of the original stories of the Shadowlands zones, but at the same time as the stories of the other Covenants. This Covenant's story mostly takes place in Bastion. The Kyrian Covenant was first introduced in Shadowlands.
